Taster Days
Our fun-filled Taster Days are a fantastic way for your child to experience life at St Nicholas' School first hand by taking part in a wide range of subjects and activities, coupled with the opportunity to meet current pupils and staff.
Places on our Taster Days are limited, and registration is essential. To register your child on one of our forthcoming Taster Days, please complete and return our Registration Form below to admissions@stnicholas.school. Once our Admissions Team has received this form, along with a non-refundable registration fee of £100, you will receive confirmation that your child is registered for our next Taster Day.
Starting a new school can be daunting for any child and an anxious time for parents. Here at St Nicholas’ School, we make sure this step is happy and welcoming.
Year 7 Taster Day
(Year 6 for Year 7 2024)

This day is for Year 6 current and prospective pupils who are thinking of joining Year 7 for September 2024. It is a fun and informative day, to give your child the chance to experience life in the Senior School. Lunch and snacks are provided.

This day is for current Year 2 and prospective pupils who are joining or considering Year 3 at St Nicholas' School. It is a fun and informative day, to give your child the chance to experience life in the Junior School. Lunch and snacks are provided.
Reception Taster Day

This day is for current Nursery and prospective pupils who are joining or considering Reception at St Nicholas' School. There will be a variety of fun activities throughout the day. Lunch and snacks are provided.
