FEES AND COSTS
Our school fees for the academic year 2024 -25 are shown below.
All fees are payable termly in advance and reviewed annually.
Pupil Registration Fee and Acceptance Deposit
- A £120 non-refundable registration fee (inclusive of VAT) is payable when applying for a place at St Nicholas' School.
- A £500 deposit is payable on acceptance of a place. This deposit amount is refunded, less any charges due, following the pupil’s last term at St Nicholas' School.
NURSERY FEES
The Nursery is open during term time, welcoming children from 2 years 9 months.
Parents can use up to 15 free hours of Early Years Education (EYE) funding, available for Nursery children from the term after their 3rd birthday.

WRAPAROUND CARE
For parents who need childcare outside of school hours, we offer wrap around care from 7:30am to 6:00pm during term time.

early years education (eye) funding
Parents can use up to 15 free hours of EYE funding during term time morning (8:45am - 11.45am) and afternoon (12:45am - 3.45pm) Nursery sessions, excluding the hour for lunch.
EYE funding is available for Nursery children from the term after the pupil turns 3 years old and for Reception children up to and including the term in which they turn 5 years old, subject to completing a Parent Declaration Form.
